This eighteen-hole golf course is a perfect par 70 course with 6,140 yards from the championship tees. The course is irrigated with a single row system, with double row in some areas. Cart paths run from tee to green. Water is supplied via an irrigation canal on the southern boundary of the property. The clubhouse structure is an octogon containing an estimated 44,500 square feet. It houses administrative offices, men’s and women’s locker rooms, pro shop, cart storage area, card rooms, recreational rooms, restaurant and lounge, ballroom, game room and two saunas. The other amenities in the clubhouse area include three lighted tennis courts, twenty shuffleboard courts and a 250, 000 gallon swimming pool with center spa.
